Quieter capture on Android.

• A capture no longer reports its progress. Instead of a notification every few seconds while there is nothing to do, you get a single message when the PDF is ready.
• Tapping that message now shows the PDF in Firefox itself, with the download option right there — instead of handing it to another app, which could stall on some devices.
• The file is saved as before; it is only displayed when you ask for it.

Nothing changes on the desktop.

Version 2.15.0

A maintenance release — the extension works exactly as before.

• Full Page PDF Snap now runs on Manifest V3, the extension platform Firefox supports going forward. Capturing, settings and the resulting PDF are unchanged.
• Privacy is unchanged too: the extension reads a page only when you start a capture, saves straight to your download folder, and makes no network requests at all.

Version 2.9.0

Scrollable navigation columns are now captured in full.

• On documentation sites the navigation is a fixed element that scrolls on its own. Its extra content was collected but never drawn, because the collection ran after the column had already been hidden for the following segments. It is now captured while the column is still visible — on kimi.com that recovers 870 px of navigation that never reached the PDF.
• Changing the interface language now takes effect immediately. Previously the settings page kept its old language until it was reloaded, which looked as if the setting had not worked.

• The entire interface is now English by default — including the settings page, which was still German before. Choose a different language under Settings › Language: German, Spanish, French, Portuguese (Brazil), Italian, Russian, Simplified Chinese or Japanese. "Automatic" follows your browser language.

Documentation sites keep their navigation column.

On sites built with VitePress, Docusaurus or MkDocs the navigation is positioned as a fixed element. "Hide sticky elements" removed it along with cookie banners and chat widgets, leaving an empty column in the PDF.

The navigation is now kept in the first section and hidden afterwards, so it appears once at the top instead of repeating in every section. Banners, chat bubbles and floating buttons are still removed as before.

A side navigation is recognised by its shape — tall, narrow and at a window edge — so this works regardless of which framework built the page.

• Die Capture-Skalierung steht jetzt standardmäßig auf 1.0x: Das PDF zeigt die Seite genau so, wie sie am Bildschirm steht — für normalen Druck ausreichend. Höhere Werte bleiben in den Einstellungen wählbar; sie schärfen den Text, es passt aber weniger ins Fenster, wodurch Menüs und Seitenleisten früher enden.
• Neue Einstellung für App-Layouts mit drei Möglichkeiten: Menü einmal oben behalten (Standard), nur den Inhaltsbereich aufnehmen, oder alles unverändert erfassen.
