Gallifreyan Circles Mark 2
This is a modification of the original design that I'm hoping will work better for those of us with fewer top toolbars. This design is based on images from the British TV show Doctor Who. Specifically, it uses the Gallifreyan designs from the Master's ring, seen in the Series 3 finale. All images are trademarked to the BBC; no infringement is intended.
