First of all, this extension does not work in Private Browsing.

And it did not stop the autoplay of YouTube, which I hate the most. Sad.

I wish Mozilla cleaned up all the old USELESS outdated Add-ons no longer updated or maintained by their creators! I downloaded this add-on a few years ago and it has never worked. I'm finally going through my add-ons inventory today to decide what to permanently delete and keep. Maybe it worked during Adobe Flash days but nowadays everything is in html5 pretty much.

does not work on Twitter in any way, AddOn not usable and therefore uninstalled! And since there hasn't been an update for a year, I wonder why Mozilla doesn't delete this senseless AddOn! and it seems to me that abuse is being committed here and the 4-5 star ratings given here are fakes!

Great, just great. This is the best autoplay blocker one can find.

Works well. even stops auto-play previews on Netflix, which Firefiox's autoplay blocker doesn't. One word of caution though. I found It breaks HULU, so be sure to set an exemption for that site to "Allow". Kudos, RandPc.

The only addon that works across my laptops and my desktop. Finally able to stop the annoying autoplay videos from the sites I go often - Toms Hardware Forum, Techradar, Cnet, etc. Using Windows 7 and Windows 10 and Linux Mint in various systems.

NOPE. Not working. You have to go and block manually EVERY TIME you load a new page. Yet again another add-on that promisses and doesn't deliver and then my bandwidth gets eaten, anyway. I have now tried almost ALL of the add-ons that's supposed to stop this. NOT ONE. Sorry, but data is expensive here, maybe not where you are...

Works PERFECTLY! Even blocks the autoplay of videos on the MLB sites, which are AWFUL about wasting your bandwidth by automatically playing videos as you scroll through the articles.
