This is exactly what I am looking for but unfortunately, it doesn't highlight all recognised words the first time in many cases. You can even notice that on the test page they offer. Double click the word "word" there and not all are highlighted. Double click it again, and it highlights the rest. It happens on other pages as well.

And, it's a bit laggy.

I hope they can work on both those issues.
