Thanks for the feedback! I never experienced this myself though, so I suppose you may have lots of items in your account? I can suggest to use pagination in the addon settings, that should improve things a lot.

I'd love you to confirm my hunch about the fact that your Pocket account holds a large number of items, that would be super useful to me (you'll find the contact link on the addon page)
