Purpose

in2md is a Firefox extension that extracts LinkedIn content (user profiles, posts, and comments) as Markdown and blocks LinkedIn's feed autorefresh.

Data Collection

We value your privacy and collect as little data as possible.

• No data is collected, stored, or transmitted. All processing occurs entirely within your browser. Extracted content is either copied to your clipboard or saved as a local file — nothing is sent to external servers.

Permissions

The permissions requested by this extension are used solely for its intended functionality:

• activeTab — allows the extension to read content from the active LinkedIn tab when you click an extraction button.
• clipboardWrite — allows the extension to copy extracted Markdown to your clipboard.

These permissions do not grant access to personal data or browsing activity beyond what is necessary for operation.

Third-Party Access

This extension does not use analytics, tracking scripts, advertising services, or any other third-party integrations.

Children's Privacy

The extension does not knowingly collect or store any data related to minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect improvements or regulatory requirements. Updates will be posted on the Firefox Add-ons listing page and/or this repository.
