This complementary add-on from Instaleap helps members find individuals who can help them with jobs, business leads, professional mentoring in the context of the following
-Job they may be looking at on leading job portals
-Company web sites they may be browsing
-Academic institutions they may be looking at on line

The add-on shows a recommendation of people who can potentially help, and then the Instaleap user can setup a 1-1 session directly with the recommended members by clicking on the recommendations.
