JanitorAI Reasoning Effort troch Tydorius

While JanitorAI supports the use of proxies, it does not yet allow the addition of reasoning effort flags in the API's outgoing data. While you can attempt to rig this through system prompts, it does not always work with every model.

This plugin should:
* Pull a persistent list of models
* Allow you to set your reasoning effort using standard key words
