EXCELLENT

Even as a premium user, for the past couple of months the app wouldn't accept login info on 2 different devices to the point my husband doesn't like to use it and resorts to our password book! No idea how to fix this.

Have been using LastPass for years using it with Mozilla firefox. Since last Firefox update I can't assess my vault at all. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY. Only 1 problem. LastPass NEVER reads and or comments on reviews.

Slows down pages significantly

I used LastPass for years--and then they implemented a pay model that held my passwords hostage until I paid to subscribe to their service.

They reminded me that if I give them my passwords, and give them my access control tokens, that I can be held hostage to my own life until I submit to their extortion and ransom my own information back from them.

I switched to Keeper and haven't looked back.

Pretty positive experience.

my credit card expired and instead of knocking me down to the free version my account just became inaccessible. Absolute scum of a company DO NOT TRUST.
