LumiList Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 4, 2026

LumiList is a Firefox new-tab bookmark manager. This add-on processes and stores bookmark/workspace data to provide organization, sync, and sharing features.

Data we collect and process:
1. Account and authentication data
- Email address and basic profile info provided by Google Sign-In.
- Authentication/session tokens required to keep the user signed in.

1. User bookmark/workspace content
2. Pages, boards, bookmarks, titles, URLs, notes, ordering, and related metadata created by the user.
3. Optional imported bookmark data (when user chooses import actions).
4. Subscription and billing metadata
5. Subscription status and plan metadata used to control premium access.
6. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay; LumiList does not store full card details in the extension.
7. Local browser storage
8. Extension settings and cached app state are stored locally in browser extension storage/IndexedDB to provide performance and offline behavior.

How data is used:
- Provide core bookmark management features.
- Sync user data across devices for signed-in users.
- Enable sharing and subscription entitlement checks.
- Improve reliability, integrity, and security of the service.

Data sharing:
- We do not sell personal data.
- Data is shared only with service providers required to operate LumiList (for example backend hosting/auth and payment processing).

User control:
- Users can edit or delete their bookmarks/workspace content within the product.
- Users may request account deletion and associated data removal.

Security:
- We use industry-standard security practices and authenticated API access controls to protect user data.

Children:
- LumiList is not intended for children under 13.

Changes:
- This policy may be updated from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by updating the effective date.
