We use Matador for all incoming SMS texts to the dealership. It's a lot easier to text from Matador than it is from the CRM itself. Love when the AI books us appointments and follows up when customers are no-show. We've incorporated Matador as part of our selling philosophy and these guys keep making improvements to the product. Highly recommend.
