No sorry, I can't do anything about it but I can offer an alternative to the bookmarks toolbar. You can do Ctrl + B to pull up your bookmarks (this is fortunately themed). Then you can remove your toolbar! To disable your toolbar: Click the hamburger icon, then click customize. Then click toolbars at the bottom and then uncheck "Bookmarks Toolbar."
