Can you change the background of bookmark folders?

Great theme: Nice dark black color, good contrast making the adress bar and icons stand out. It's almost perfect and I don't know if this is even possible to improve. I have one suggestion to make it perfect. When you have a folder in the bookmarks bar, clicking it opens a menu but that is not themed. It's the dull default grey we know from Windows98 e.g.. If that were to be themed like the the other menu's it'd get a full 5 star rating!

It's not like it looks, the address bar is generally light gray, and the toolbar is gray, just the rest of the tabs in black.
