Moon Pulse Halo presents a calming “breathing” animation inspired by a glowing moon. The effect uses pure CSS — radial gradients, soft shadows, and a rhythmic pulse animation — to create a meditative focusing light. The extension contains no scripts (besides an empty popup.js) and requires no permissions. It is strictly a visual relaxation animation.
