I updated to the new version and the addon doesn't seem to work anymore.. no selections, no Action bar or Icon button. I hope this will be fixed.

What a good addon! It finally allowed me to split YT playlists with 400 elements (they became slow to manage) into smaller ones. The option to multiselect a range with few clicks is a godsend.
It works great, except for some minor issues: it messes up the order if the list isn't fully loaded or updated (refresh it often), it cannot move private videos (they could return public), it cannot drag selections inside the list (only moves to top\bottom).

Helped me get my watch later list managed until recently when the remove action stopped working

ANOTHER EDIT: It recently got an Update and was working flawlessly, but YouTube made some changes that broke it.

This add on is incredibly helpful and mostly solves the problems caused when youtube removed their original edit playlist options.

I do have one problem though.

When selecting multiple videos in a playlist and moving them all "to top" everything works fine and the videos are moved to the top of the playlist in the same order they had been prior.

But when doing the same and moving "to bottom" the videos get moved into alphabetical order instead of the order they had been prior.

Would like to see if anyone else has this issue or if it could be solved.

Great add on otherwise though!

This is a much needed tool for Youtube - thank you for making it! Unfortunately it isn't working perfectly so one needs to pay very close attention while using it. For example when a longer list is loaded and one starts to select items from it and keeps scrolling down, when more videos get loaded in, they get randomly selected as well, so one has to start over... Unless it goes unnoticed, because then it makes a huge mess.

Also after removing selected items from the list, sometimes there were items (videos) left on the list which should have been deleted.

I was sorting out a huge list with over 4.000 videos on it and this add-on cut down the time needed to do so to about 1/5. But if it worked flawlessly, it would've cut down the time to perhaps 1/20.

You've got no idea how much I love you for making this extension, as someone who has playlists that are multiple hundreds of videos long (and prefers to have them organized,) I've been looking for an extension like this one for a little bit now. It works well, and the only issues it has are pretty much unavoidable as far as I can tell.

1)При смене YouTube акаунта (например акаунт №1 меняем на №2), расширение аккаунт НЕ МЕНЯЕТ и в акаунте №2 предлагает список плейлистов принадлежащий акаунту №1. Удаление расширения и повторная установка проблему не решает (акаунт №1 навсегда закрепился в расширении).
Если кто-то сталкивался с проблемой и нашёл решение напишите пожалуйста ОТВЕТ (переустановка браузера или использование нескольких браузеров, а также вкладки в контейнере, НЕ предлагать:)
2)При выделении всех необходимых видео и добавлении их в НОВЫЙ плейлист (который создаётся непосредственно в диалоге выбора плейлиста) в плейлист добавляется только одно видео (то из меню которого вызывали диалог добавления). НО, если создать плейлист заранее и добавлять видео в уже созданный плейлист, то всё работает отлично!

For some reason, if I add multiple videos from a playslit to another playlist, it adds them backwards. 1-2-3-4-5 becomes 5-4-3-2-1 in the new playlist if I select all 5 of them and choose to add them all at the same time. Also, be CAREFUL when removing videos in a 100+ videos playlist, it seems the app also select other videos by itself and you could remove them by mistake.

Edit: I know it ain't bothersome when it's only 5 videos, you can manually set the order; but it is bothersome when you add 100+ videos at a time.

This is a wonderful add-on to compensate for YouTube's inexplicable lack of playlist tools – which should be a core feature.

The best addon ever!!! Thank you very much! I have been looking for this addon for a very long time.

I've had a number of issues with this extension and found it clunky (ui not loading properly when the page is refreshed, check-boxes appearing on parts of the website that are supposed to be disabled).

But, it provides such an essential service for playlist owners and I couldn't find any alternatives. I leave it disabled until I need to sort a playlist, which is then when this extension single-handedly saves hours of my time.

This add-on is really helpful with YouTube's absolutely awful playlist management. I do wish the multi-select "Save to playlist" option actually worked, rather than needing the "Add to queue" workaround detailed in the "About this extension" section -- but even with the workaround, it's a big time-saver.

The best extension ever made for YouTube. It's a shame that YouTube itself doesn't have this ability or anything like it at all.

Nice effort. It only lacks the ability to add selection to specific playlist.
