No need to worry about surveillance or censorship by the Japanese government or international organizations. Fears of arrest and punishment will disappear. You can engage in expressive activities and human rights protection activities with peace of mind. It is a very good application.

It's good, it opens a VPN connection that works independently of the system's settings, which is good if you're on a corporate laptop and network with restrictions 😈

OTOH, the extension has some annoying bugs related to preferences. Loading settings from a file doesn't work (compared with Chrome). And I expect extensions to be able to save and restore settings via the browser's sync, such that I don't have to re-add my settings on each new device.

UPDATE: to 5 stars, as other than some annoyances, it does the job for me. Plus, the comment from the developer helped me with a workaround for importing the settings ❤️

The Firefox plugin slowed my internet speed down by over 90%. And I could not eclipse triple digit (mbps) download speed on a gig plan.

I did everything that was suggested. Disabling HTTPS only mode, turning off DNS, and turning down my level of protection in terms of tracking protection. Same thing. Threat protection seems more like a gimmick than an actual feature for the extension.

I cannot even connect to a Speedtest because of a 'socket' connection despite being able to identify a server.

I am not sure what's going on, but I am not certain I'm going to stick around to find out if they fixed it.

The FireFox plugin doesn't allow you to use it if you do not allow their data collection. I tried to log in multiple times (rebooted computer, disabled and enabled plugin, reinstalled plugin). But every time the plugin refused to log me in and just showed the login button. It did always ask me to allow data collection and if not allowed, it simply does not let you use it. The VERY first time that I tried and allow data collection, surprise surprise... it just works. NOT cool NordVPN. I'll let my next months pass and not renew my subscription. Time to make the move to Mullvad after that.

Выходит надпись: "Couldn't connectYour Firefox settings may be causing the issue. Try switching DNS over HTTPS to Default protection in your browser settings."

Настройки несколько раз проверял, там всё нормально. Прошу помочь и будет 5 звёзд)

Have used it for a long time now. Works really good, very few issues compared to the nightmare I have had with Express VPN, corrupting my system.

Would be good except it continually disconnects from the server and often wont reconnect without a browser restart :-(.
For a large corporation to only be able to offer such a buggy addon is a disgrace.
