the add-on works 90% of the time 50% of the time. If I hadn't gotten a very good deal I would ask for a refund, it's slow and not reliable.
It gets harder to use.
Edit: I already tried all the normal trouble shooting things and I've come to the conclusion that the issue is with the add-on itself and the unwillingness of Nord to let people change servers.

for the countries that have even blocked nordvpn.com website, this addon will not login in the first step. so in the next update, please change the login website to something like sedrkdfxxgjsied.com (like nordvpn desktop app); so that it bypasses the censorship from governments

As much as I like NordVPN and use their products in many situations, I find this add-on completely useless. When it's on, it becomes impossible to access my home network and a lot of my work and play involves the local network. It offers split tunnelling but again, not with the local network.

Not being able to specify a server is the biggest downfall of this addon, almost every time I try to connect to the VPN, my browser gets throttled and nothing loads, and I have to fight the thing to get a new server assigned to me - and before Support does another Copy-Paste response - I've reinstalled the VPN several times.

Almost never works and if it works only for 5 minutes then stops

It's a total disaster. Neither addon or app does not work at all. I'm pressing the button, trying to login and nothing pops up. Looks like a stub for an app, but not the app itself. I tried to reinstall the addon and it didn't help. I went to the tech support instead and they are ignoring me for more than 24hrs. Their desktop app also worked for first 2-3 months (while money back is available I guess) and then stopped. Online support is still ignoring me.

UPD: I haven't received the ID. I was ignored by support. Totally

Tell me please why the extension popup its in size 350x230??? Im not able to click other buttons like for ex. "disconnect". I can only scroll and choose which country i wanna connect. Breaks most websites. As soon as you turn off the VPN everything starts working fine/loads correctly.

Not working. When clicked login, it goes to a blank window. Please fix this.

the app take no login connection to Nord-VPN any more! something wrong with firefox and NORD-VPN now.

Just doesn't work. Unlike the functional PC app and mobile app, the extension simple doesn't work. Able to 'connect' to a server, but no sites will load, and it doesn't seem to be just slowness. Not even the simplest of webpages won't load.

Simply a garbage extension and just just the app.
