it was very helpful to have a brower plugin and i didn't knew it existed. Download was around 1M/s, suitable for my tasks. Not as fast as with the App, but ok. i'm using NordVPN on Desktop and Mobile since 3 years and never regret. Thanks to the team

The developers keep saying that they are working on a fix for the latest update. Stop saying that! Just revert the update! All of it! You can work on a fix on your development branches, but revert the released update immediately! You're not working on a fix "as fast as possible" if you aren't reverting the update that broke this add-on.

Truly astounding how terribly this failed update has been handled. Not just the delay in finding a fix, but the complete lack of communication, leaving users to figure out on their own why their tabs are suddenly broken.

For a company focused on privacy and security that's completely unacceptable and I will not renew my subscription when it runs out.

Like everyone else and probably many silent users, it's impossible to use the extension since the last update.
It's truly surprising that a company spamming YouTube partnerships and ads everywhere isn't more responsive in fixing such a serious issue.
Especially since we're paying a subscription to benefit from the VPN's features.
Really disappointed with the lack of professionalism, it's as if it's an internal sabotage by a disgruntled employee to harm the company's reputation.

Update broke things spectacularly and now force loads all tabs crippling performance. I won't question why it's accessing data on all my tabs because I don't care but other people probably do. Been about a week now for me.

Where my actual complaint comes in is their reaction (or complete lack thereof) with STILL no fix, no rollback, no notice to customers (had to find out about the problem here after disabling a bunch of addons), no functional previous version available in the firefox addon version history area for us to use - nada.

This is completely inexcusable behavior for a company in the security business.

Shouldn't take nearly 2 weeks to fix this. At the very least you should have rolled back to the previous version until you can find a fix.

Last updated is a huge mess and still no update. It's a shame for a service about security...

If your Firefox crash after NordVPN's April 2024 update, use the Task Manager to shutdown Firefox completely.

Then press shift when you restart Firefox, you should be able to use Firefox without any extension enabled ( safe mode ).

Disable NordVPN extension and restart Firefox, you should be able to use Firefox normaly for now.

Recent update forces all tabs to reload upon startup, causing excessive memory usage and crashes. Please revert this change ASAP.

Since the latest update it'll reload ALL tabs on startup causing massive freezes and network activity depending on how many tabs you had open. Completely unusable in its current state please fix this issue immediately

I have the same issue as other users. All my tabs in Firefox are loading on start-up. I use the extension because Google does not load when I am connected with the desktop app only. Somehow with this plugin I bypass this issue.

I have tried all the commands around the tabs loading in Firefox config but it does not matter, the extension bypasses them no matter what. Only deactivating the extension resolves the issue.

I tried deleting and re-adding the extension. Nothing at all. It is sad. We pay for this service and it doesn't work. Please fix it. The issue happened to me yesterday as Firefox updated to latest version.
