    Cool for if you want your browser traffic, but not other apps, going thru vpn. Has some setting that's not obvious which prevents reset button working though. Probs just me, but these things should be idiot proof, IMO. Works a treat apart from that.

    Not being able to specify a server is the biggest downfall of this addon, almost every time I try to connect to the VPN, my browser gets throttled and nothing loads, and I have to fight the thing to get a new server assigned to me - and before Support does another Copy-Paste response - I've reinstalled the VPN several times.

    It's a total disaster. Neither addon or app does not work at all. I'm pressing the button, trying to login and nothing pops up. Looks like a stub for an app, but not the app itself. I tried to reinstall the addon and it didn't help. I went to the tech support instead and they are ignoring me for more than 24hrs. Their desktop app also worked for first 2-3 months (while money back is available I guess) and then stopped. Online support is still ignoring me.

    UPD: I haven't received the ID. I was ignored by support. Totally

    Once you have jumped all the hoops NordVPN is good, but you could design your website to make things easier to find without having to visit half a dozen different Nord pages.

    Tell me please why the extension popup its in size 350x230??? Im not able to click other buttons like for ex. "disconnect". I can only scroll and choose which country i wanna connect.
