I've only been using this addon for a few months and spent a lot of time to repair this after Updates of Firefox. One of the worst add-ons I have ever encountered. This is a shame for Norton.
I can see no problem with Firefox, other addons keep up with the updates well.
Just bad. If possible I would remove stars. One star is one too much.

You don't need this Add-on; call Norton @ Call 800-441-7234 and a tech will fix this problem for free. Apparently Norton had an expired signature. It worked for me; wish you the BEST!

need an update for sure and i hate the way that you need to log each time you exit the browser

You all are being UNFAIR to this add-on.
It is not the fault of Norton.... Blame MOZILLA. It works fine with IE 11, its fine with Win 10 EDGE, the problem lies with FIREFOX...it will not allow identity safe WALLET work on it. It works fine with other browsers from Microsoft.

P.S. I absolutely ....100% HATE MICROSOFT by the way !

Occasionally, Norton Identity Safe add-on will fail to run (initially) with certain Firefox updates. OR IS IT the other way around? I cannot say if it is Norton or Mozilla.

Either way, for me it has been working fine for many years albeit the occasional compatibility hiccup.

All in all, a happy user here.

What gives? Since the latest update, I just get the rotating circle..trying to connect to server. I can log into my account through 360, so it is the addon.

I'm really upset by you guys. I'd been able to use my Identity Safe from Norton for a long time now. I did an update and now I can't even click on the link to look at the log-in information I have. I really like Firefox and have actually come to like it more than Explorer but this is making me highly upset. I've even had Norton to look at it and they said the problem lies with you all. I did a Firefox update not long ago and I believe that's the issue. I tried going back to an older version but I still can't use it. Trying to contact you all is hard to do as well.

...but I am really struggling with it, especially the FF add-on. The FF add-on is really is not fit for purpose and needs withdrawing until the many problems are resolved. I can appreciate that it is difficult keeping up with FF updates, but at least Norton Identity SAFE MUST be made to function correctly with the ESR versions of FF. C'mon guys, get this sorry act together, you are really failing your paying clients and also tarnishing the brand needlessly. I used to use LastPass and stopped using it after all the recent security scares and migrated to NIS, but now I am beginning to regret it.

Norton is the worse crap in the world. And when you have problems with a Norton product, don't think their customer service could help you.

It actually is Firefox's fault. Norton worked flawlessly with it until about 2 years ago when FF decided to use a new code different from the industry standard. Norton has rewritten it's code to accommodate FF multiple times. It has never "not worked" for me on other browsers. I try not to use them as they (MS and Google) sell your personal information without even asking you and finally convinced congress to make it legal after doing that for years. I was going to drop Norton when my current subscription ended soon and tried AVG and then McAffee. Both horribly buggy and not user friendly. Now I can't get rid of AVG, it keeps reinstalling itself. I even went into DOS and removed the entire directory for AVG. It is a virus!

Firefox updated today to 52.0.2 now Norton ID safe will not autofill

Everytime Firefox updates itself, it stops the Nortons Identity Safe and other Nortons plugins loading and/or functioning properly - please fix this - it has been doing this for years.

Nortons plugins work perfectly on IE11, and sometimes play up on Chrome after browser software updates. I am on Windows 10 Pro running the latest updated versions of everything.

It's aggravating when you try to get your bank password to pay a bill and Norton Identity safe says (something went wrong with vault) it's obvious somethings wrong with the vault. Makes me question the safety of this app.

Have used this for years but now it will not work for the last week or two and is causing other browser problems. Makes one wonder whether the info in one's vault is really secure because they can't fix it. Have spent hours with their support agents with no result and they give a different story every time as to when it will be fixed, Does not inspire confidence and would not recommend this

Before this week I would have recommended this service, but for some reason the plugins for firefox and chrome have stopped working, and even the desktop app doesn't work anymore. The only thing that works is logging onto the website itself. They need to fix this soon.

I've been a Norton subscriber for many years. Identity Safe is one of my most favored features, but it hasn't worked with Firefox for quite a while. Password entry for Identity Safe just spins and spins and spins and.....

It's been noted in previous posts. I just find it strange that nothing been done to fix this bug. It once worked wonderfully! Please! Fix it!
