Security and data-isolation update:

Saved libraries are separated for each Noterva account on a browser profile.
Prevents a previous account's local library appearing in or syncing to the next account.
Verifies account identity before cloud-library synchronization.
Stops sync if the account changes, identity cannot be verified, or the initial pull fails.
Quarantines uncertain pre-upgrade data instead of assigning it to a new account.
Merges concurrent server changes safely and keeps account-specific recovery backups.
This update prevents new propagation. It does not automatically remove previously saved records because automatic cleanup could delete genuine user data.

• Journal ratings now resolve on many more results — including abbreviated venue names on author
profiles and health/medical journals (e.g. "Lancet Respir Med", "Economic Political Wkly").
• Full Scopus-style citation export completed from public APIs + Noterva's record server:
DOI, abstract, volume/issue/pages, citation metrics, countries and more.
• ⚠ Retracted badge shown inline and on author profiles (OpenAlex / Retraction Watch, matched by DOI).
• Author publication-quality card and citation sort on profile pages.
• Fixes: badge now always renders on single-result pages; corrected a false FT50 match on
edited-book chapters; more reliable metadata lookups.
