Absolutely terrible! The pCloud Firefox extension is completely unusable. Logging in doesn't work at all, no matter if I try my username and password or SSO via Google/Apple.

It's incredibly frustrating, especially since many other users have reported the same issue.

Save yourself the trouble and don't bother with this extension until they fix this fundamental problem.

login using email doesn't work, at all. I don't understand how you can develop an addon and not see such a bug.

This extension doesn't work for Firefox. It will let you login using SSO (such as Google, Apple, etc.), but not regular email. I escalated this to support, and they say they are unable to reproduce the problem internally. They had me do all kinds of things - screenshots, a screen recording, reinstalling Firefox...

Guess what? Now I'm going public to call out your bug. If you're not going to fix it, we're going to make that known to other users so they don't waste their time.

Who in the earth that cares about privacy and secured files would ever accept google on its own PC, where even it´s corporate spy (analytics) straight away?? That´s wrong way dear pCloud, that is completely wrong way you are heading there pCloud! There is nothing you can´t collect by your self... everything else, is just a loose pants toward the google and at the end, our own loose pants... Thank you, but, no thx!!!

Same issue as everyone else. Unable to log in with correct username & password. As a new user to pCloud I am not impressed with the lack of interest to resolve this issue

Does not allow login if your datacenter is EU region. pCloud support is not committed to resolving this anytime soon. Also, you need to pay $20 to change the datacenter region to US and it will render your account unusable for a few days. pCloud does not commit on how long will the process take.

Can't login with correct login information. I'm starting to doubt pCloud's commitment to fix this, since old reviews state the same.

Same with alot of people the last few months. Can NOT log-in with my account information. I even logged out of the website itself and logged back in with no problems, but cannot log into the app extension in Firefox.
