Othello is a classic board game played on an 8x8 grid, just like chess or checkers. This excellent board game is quick to learn and often lasts only about 10 minutes per match, making it a perfect family board game. The game begins with four discs placed in the center of the board. How to Play Othello Game:
When a player places a disc, it must trap one or more of the opponent's discs in a straight line (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally). All trapped discs are immediately flipped to the player's color. By default, the available spots to play othello game are shown by small, flashing markers. Advanced players can turn these hints off in the settings. If a player has no valid move, they must pass their turn. The goal is to fill the entire board. The player with the most discs of their color at the end of the game wins.
