    Am I doing something wrong? I just installed this extension and enable it to run in private windows,and in both regular and private windows it allows sex.com and youporn.com. Whats the problem? I've tried restarting firefox and playing with the various ermissions and settings, and it doesn't do a thing.

    Installed, closed restarted just to make sure but yes, porn.com opens right up, not even in private mode. Can't even stop what should be the most obvious one. Useless

    I think it blocks most of the sites but not youjizz.com. Why? Isn't it possible to implement keywords in websites to be blocked?

    Not blocking these sites MYLKED.com, Familylust.com and finishhim.com. It works with most knows sites though. And no, I'm not using it in private mode and I've even allowed it to work in that case.

    It sounds like you are using the plug-in in a private window without approving the plug-in to work in private windows. Firefox recently started requiring that each plug-in be authorized to work in private windows. Go to your Add-Ons page in Firefox, click the 3 dots on the right of the add-on name, select More Options from the menu that appears, then click Allow next to "Run in Private Windows".

    This worked perfectly fine until Nov 2018. Maybe because of Norton ConnectSafe DNS being shut down, which may have allowed porn sites to load.
    Please do work on it.
    I enjoyed the service while I was using it.

    You must have had an older version of the extension. It was updated to deal with the shutdown of Norton ConnectSafe, which was previously used as the backend filter. We now use OpenDNS porn+malware filtering on the backend. As long as you had an updated extension, there should have been no lag time where filtering was broken.

    Blocks even quite niche porn sites. Although there is one problem - for some reason it also blocks websites of VPN software. Why?

    We are at the mercy of whatever DNS filtering service we use on the backend, which is often not as configurable as we'd like. As of July 2019, the service we use is OpenDNS porn+malware blocking DNS.
