Paid proton pass subscription constantly signs out on it's own even while I'm signed in to the same proton account for email in the adjacent tab, with or without paid proton VPN plus. Often will not fill log-ins on popular websites and at times clicking icon doesn't even show info for copy paste to sign in. Hasn't offered a way to use "email alias" for signing up on new web sites for months. All of this occurs with three different, up-to-date browsers with other extensions, ad-blocking and security disabled, on Two Very Different Windows Computers! I have uninstalled, cleared all browsing data, and reinstalled with no change. In short - a very frustrating, faulty password manager and a complete waste of money. Proton Developer - PLEASE don't bother with your standard "that doesn't sound right", "more information" and "Contact us" drivel. Fix it or don't; I'm moving back to a functional and reliable alternative provider.

I switched to Proton from another pwd provider. It was a good choice. Everything is just a little quicker and nicer to use.

Autosave password prompt only flashes for a second before webpage finishes loading. If you don't click it immediately, you have to manually enter the password.

Proton continues to lead the way in privacy. Their passkey implementation is intuitive and works flawlessly. It’s great to have a secure, encrypted vault that manages both my passwords and passkeys in one place. Using it as a browser extension is incredibly convenient.

I have used this service for more than a year. During this time, I've had no issues. This tool is extremely useful and I feel safe knowing my information is not being sold nor used for questionable purposes.

Finally a trustable password manager. Autofill is lacking sometimes.

The app is good. It does what it promises. However, I've given 4 stars, not 5 because the UI can be made a little better.

Missing features such as username generator. UI/UX issues which I submitted to the support team. Bad management of the aliases for the backup.

The Proton suite available as browser extensions (particularly VPN and Pass) have only gotten better and better. They integrate SO seamlessly that I almost never have to tinker with them. I love being able to country-surf with their VPN (both desktop and browser) and their Pass(word) manager is spot on! All of their applications are so comfortably integrated into the Proton DNA that I couldn't imagine using any other product. I was a bit nervous leaving Nord, but after a year with Proton, I did not renew for a single year, but opted to go another TWO! And not having the US government sniffing my data and whatnot anymore...I won't be leaving Proton any time soon.
