Simple Graphic Download troch AceBurn90

Adds 'Save Image' to the context menu and enables Alt + Left Click for direct image download to the default download folder of the Browser.
The tool selects the name in the context menu based on the browser language.
Available languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, and Simplified Chinese.
