Trying to translate an entire website, the add-on always uses the Google translator, even with an existing DeepL API key. I am surprised why this add-on is recommended when even such basic things do not work.

The addon adds content to the editor itself, e.g. Wordpress
The following content is added:

The Simple Translate translator does not work on any site. ☹️

Does not work using Deepl API despite claim. No support anywhere.

There is no way to choose whether the translation is excecuted with Deepl or Google. I am having the impression that the translation is done by Google and is thus of bad quality.

direct online deepl translation doesnt need any authentication but this extension does...

As long as you don't need to interact with the webpage, you'll be good. Who needs to click on anything when online anyway.

Garbage extension doesn't even work on Twitch.

When text is selected and the translation button pops up is activated, noting happens. To Deepl API works perfectly.
