Summary for the Nexus browser extension:

The extension collects and transmits only the data needed to save bookmarks to the user's Nexus account:

• Authentication information — A SHA-256-hashed API token stored in browser.storage.local and sent in the Authorization header to stash.nexus.
• Bookmark information — When the user clicks Save: URL, page title, and any notes/tags/collection assignment the user provides.

The extension does NOT collect or transmit:
• Browsing history
• Page content beyond the active tab's title at save time
• Search queries
• Location, device IDs, contacts
• Personal communications

No analytics. No third-party trackers. No advertising. Data is sent only to stash.nexus.

The user can revoke their API token at any time from Settings on stash.nexus, which immediately invalidates the extension's access. Account deletion from stash.nexus permanently removes all data, including all saved bookmarks.
