It made addon very convenient. Unfortunately I don't have paypal in my country so I can't donate to it =(
- Wurdearring: 5 fan 5troch Dypsis, 8 jierren lynFinally, I can restore a session and have my tabs in the same position. I've been waiting a long time for this.
Thanks. :-) - Wurdearring: 4 fan 5troch Firefox-brûker 13918561, 8 jierren lyn

In my installation it saves and restores tabs in their original order, no problems there.
I have 3 Questions:
---------------------
1) Where are the TSM session files saved? (their folder location)
...the "storage.js" file in the extension's folder does not include any relevant information.
2) Will "Session Manager" session file compatibility be maintained in the future?
3) Can the TSM session be converted to "Session Manager" files?
I just recently spent a week trying to salvage my sessions (several hunded tabs a piece) from another extension in FF Quantum, which were lost after a crash following an extension update.
Recently I saw a similar issue happen with TSM...
..I am terrified of this happening again because my work (researcher) depends on keeping and organizing sessions of saved tabs...
so I will be maintaining both a Quantum and a Gecko installation with SM installed, just in case...
I need a sort of "insurance policy" to maintain "mental health" and prevent professional disasters...
...of course one thing I can do is use my Cyberfox/Waterfox installation to restore a TSM session and then re-save it in Session Manager...
Since you have obviously considered the issue of SM compatibility, if there is any info you can share on this, I would be grateful - Wurdearring: 1 fan 5troch Firefox-brûker 13904850, 8 jierren lyn

With the 3.0.0 upgrade on 2018March20, on Firefox 58.0.? and then soon after on Firefox 59.0.1 (64-bit version) on Windows 7 Professional, the clicking on the Add-on icon in the toolbar, the saved session navigation tool would display but would be blank (I have a lot of saved session, so I pretty miffed for a little bit). I tried to save some new ones, to no avail.
That said! After futzing around with pretty printing the storage.js file appears to be intact, and the Add-on appears to be auto-saving the various tabs on the defined interval (15 minutes, I think).
I'd love to see a fix appear, because I really don't want to have to write a perl script to extract all of those backslash escaped URLs in the file (or do it by hand! :-O )
Thanks for a (usually) great tool. - Wurdearring: 1 fan 5troch SolitaryReaper, 8 jierren lyn
