Thank you so much for your feedback and for taking the time to test with other extensions! We've identified the root cause — the extension was using an aggressive DOM observer on the full page which caused conflicts with extensions like 7TV.

This has been fixed in version 5.13.0:
- Replaced the aggressive page-wide observer with a targeted chat container observer
- Added full 7TV compatibility (7TV uses a custom chat container which is now properly detected)
- Fixed compatibility with other Twitch extensions
