TBD troch Western_Influence

Was looking for a Cyberpunk inspired theme but couldn't find anything that I completely liked. Crudely mashed together two themes by Testudo (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/14237202/), and I came up with this. Based off his Cyberpunk_2077 and Cyberpunk_2077_v2 themes.
