Traffic Light Sites troch thebookdepartment

List sites, and when you visit them, you'll get a great big red stop light displaying in the top right corner, to remind you to go do something more productive with your life. It doesn't block you clicking anything. It's just a big red flashing circle. It works though, or at least it has been for me.
