UniTracko 1Click helps students fill Indian competitive-exam registration forms using profile data they have already saved in their own UniTracko account. This policy explains exactly what the extension handles.

1. WHAT THE EXTENSION ACCESSES

a) Your UniTracko profile data. When you click "Fill", the extension requests your saved profile from our server so it can type it into the exam form. This is the data you entered on unitracko.com and may include: name, salutation, gender, date of birth, category/sub-category, religion, nationality, mother tongue, marital status, disability status, parents'/guardian's names and occupations, annual family income, email, mobile and alternate contact numbers, address, city, district, state, pincode, identity numbers you chose to save (Aadhaar, PAN, APAAR), academic records (board, school, stream, subjects, passing year, roll number, marks/percentage/CGPA), and uploaded documents (photograph, signature, marksheets, category/EWS/PwBD certificates, ID proof).

b) Your sign-in session. The extension stores the authentication token for your UniTracko account. If you are already signed in to unitracko.com, it may read your "auth_token" cookie or the token in that site's local storage so you do not have to sign in twice. No other website's cookies or storage are read.

c) Exam-portal page content. On the supported exam-registration websites listed in the extension's permissions, the extension inspects the form on the page (field labels, names, placeholders, and structure) so it can locate the right input for each piece of your data.

d) Fill results. After a fill, the extension sends us a report of which fields succeeded or failed, the field labels involved, and the value that was entered — which is your own profile data, already stored in your account. We use this solely to diagnose and improve form-matching accuracy.

2. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.
3. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services of any kind.
4. We do not send your data anywhere except our own server at unitracko.com.
5. We do not read pages outside the exam portals and unitracko.com listed in the extension's permissions. General browsing is never accessed.
6. We do not collect your exam-portal passwords, OTPs, or CAPTCHA answers. You type those yourself.
7. We never submit an application on your behalf. The extension only fills fields; reviewing and submitting the form is always your action.
8. WHERE DATA IS STORED

Only your sign-in token and our API address are saved on your device (in the browser's extension storage). Your profile data is held in the extension's memory only for as long as needed to fill the form, and is discarded when the browser session ends or when you sign out. Your profile itself remains in your UniTracko account on our servers.

1. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Profile data is retained in your UniTracko account until you edit or delete it, or delete your account. Fill reports are retained while they remain useful for improving accuracy. Signing out of the extension immediately erases the stored token and the in-memory copy of your profile.

2. Grant or revoke website access at any time from Firefox's Add-ons Manager (Permissions tab). The extension cannot read any site whose access you revoke.
3. Sign out from within the extension to clear the stored token.
4. Uninstalling the extension removes all data it kept on your device.
5. To access, correct, export, or delete the profile data held in your account, use your UniTracko account settings or contact us at the address below.
6. SECURITY

All communication between the extension and our servers uses HTTPS. Requests are authenticated with your personal token. The extension contains no third-party libraries and executes no remotely-loaded code; the exam-specific configuration it downloads is inert JSON describing where fields appear on a page.

1. CHILDREN

The service is intended for students applying to higher-education and competitive examinations. Where a user is a minor under applicable law, the account is expected to be created and managed with a parent or guardian.
