It's a nice extension. But why is this not open source? It has bugs (that I'd like to fix), but the source isn't available unless you basically reverse engineer their JavaScript, and the license simply says "all rights reserved".

tl;dr: weird license and kinda buggy

But even more important? I don't like using closed source extensions, especially when they access stuff like my Google account.

It just feels wrong, man.

There is no reason to talk like that about a project made by 2 students in their free time, please behave accordingly in the future.

You can submit a bug report either in our Discord community or via email "eov3cv@hotmail.com"
V3 states clearly in both license and extension manifest/userscript header what google-based URLs can be accessed, it does not make any other type of request on your behalf, it only requests official Google APIs endpoints.
You can also check with any logging mechanism (either a dedicated program or even a Fetch/XHR hook) what requests it makes and what data they include (the same as any official client).

    my only issue is that most other addons for youtube arent compatible nor work , at least my nyan cat progress bar works so im not that upset
    i know its mainly cus of the code n css n everything is different from the current youtube layout , but id love a solution if possible :3

    love it! however sometimes it just wont let youtube load?
    i'lll go to youtube and it'll load for a minute but then it'll just stay on a white screen? reloading and uninstalling then reinstalling the extension didnt work

    for more personalization i recommend startube for tapermonkey (or others)

    It's really cool but i can't loop videos. it dosen't bother me this much to give it a lower rating tho, it's still cool.

    Great extension! I do see that sometimes errors occur whilst loading videos/video playback, but it's nothing that bothers me much. I really like how well it, well, works! Made YouTube 1000000x faster, no more AI crap, and it seems to place itself instead of the default YouTube stylesheets/appearance, so you don't even see a flicker of modern YouTube while using this extension. To be honest, I thought I reviewed this already!

    TL;DR: 12/10, best extension I've ever seen (besides Tampermonkey and uBlock Origin, of course!), keep up the great work! :D

    Works reasonably well. One big problem is that playlists >200 videos simply dont play properly. Unable to skip after video 200, and when viewing the playlist generally you cant click on one after video 200 and have it show the playlist alongside the video. Also changing settings is a bit clunky but thats ok. Google plus is everywhere and given that it doesnt exist anymore related buttons dont work.
