I decided to purchase a year of service and up to this moment, I am not allowed to connect to servers in Premium mode. I raised a Support Request on July 30th (almost one month ago) and I haven't received a resolution to this matter. A couple of days ago I requested a REFUND to VeePN and they haven't even replied to my request. Bad service. Bad customer support as well. This is what you will face if you run into issues. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
