Only one strange Video I want to block, because it´s showing up on my page in google. The Video don´t belong to me but it use my domaine name for a horse. This Add-on didn´t even block this one stupid video. Life is getting poor on things they work right at the first time.

I can't use it anymore. I don't see most of thumbnails on www.youtube.com/feed/trending page. I tried to reinstall extension month ago and now, and it still has this problem.

Video Blocker does NOT allow you to hide videos from channels that you don't like.

Completely useless. Doesn't block channels.

Importing doesn't work. I had over 5,000 filters. Backed them up, cleared the list to do some trouble shooting, imported the list, and nothing.

Channels that I supposedly blocked are suddenly visible again and won't stay blocked!

So far, this add-on has worked well and does what it's supposed to. There are a couple of issues with it though:

1. It slows down YouTube/causes YouTube to not work properly - I have noticed that when this add-on is running it takes much longer for YouTube search results to load (like a noticeable wait and I only have 2 channels blocked). The same kind of delay happens when loading an individual channel. It's certainly not something that would stop be from using this add-on, but definitely something that could be worked on.

2. I have to disable this add-on to see my YouTube notifications! - This is definitely a pain in the arse and needs to be fixed. If this add-on is enabled and I click the bell to see my notifications, it is completely blank. Once I disable this add-on, I am able to see my notifications just fine.

Other than that, thank you to the creator for providing such a much needed add-on!

Video Blocker seems to block EVERYTHING on youtube. And i haven't even added anything to the blocklist yet. Got some work to do.

it seems to be working. But not always. you tend to have to refresh the page sometimes to make it work sadly. was a great extension when it worked.. hope this gets fixed

Seems Video Blocker is password protecting itself. It's asking for a password but I haven't set it. I can't see any info about setting the password in the faqs either. It does block all the videos though. I want to block certain channels not youtube entirely. Any advice?

This add-on is the only one I found that does what it does. and the performance has enhanced recently.
sometimes YouTube puts video recommendations/popular videos with annoying or offensive thumbnails and I like the idea that I can remove these from my YouTube homepage without the need to login to YouTube .

It blocks everything properly, but whenever I first load a youtube page, it freezes firefox.

I have 1200 blocked items, but it worked perfectly fine before without a hitch. :/

Barely works. Every single "blocked" channel eventually appears again in my recommended videos.

Unfortunately I found one problem which made this addon unusable - it completely wipes out all Notifications, they just don't load at all. Everything else seemed to work.

It worked for the ONE GODDAMN VIDEO I wanted to block. Why Youtube spams me constantly with the same gross sex music video is beyond me. I only want to listen to, like, normal music. Thank you so much for making my experience 1000% better.

It used to be better... but now it not always blocks the keywords... usually i have to refresh the page for it to block what it was supposed to block in the first place
