Works great in most cases. I don't know of any other that works any where near as good as this one. I really like it.

It's crap there are waaaay too many options and sometimes none of them work.

Love this add-on. I feel it's relatively easy to use & has helped me in so many different ways to be able download different types of videos on the web. I've barely had any problems with it. Only a very few times did it glitch on me. I put 4 instead of 5 because I could imagine maybe some people getting a tiny bit confused when it gives you the list of the files available to download. But it's not complicated in my opinion & I did notice they have a video on how to use it, although I haven't checked out the video myself.
