DJ Tool turns Yandex Music into a lightweight DJ workstation, right inside the page.

Player
- Floating, draggable in-page panel (plus a Firefox toolbar popup) with a real waveform rendered from the actual decoded audio — not a fake visualizer.
- Live BPM, musical key, and energy detection via the Web Audio API.
- 4 hot cue points and an A/B loop per track, saved automatically.
- Optional auto loudness normalization and smooth ducking on track transitions.

Camelot Wheel
- Visual harmonic-mixing wheel highlighting the current key and every key compatible for a smooth transition.

Downloads
- Download the current track, or an entire album/playlist as a queue, as a tagged MP3 with embedded cover art — pick your preferred bitrate in Settings.

Stats & extras
- Local listening-time stats per track and artist.
- Track-change notifications, global keyboard shortcuts, 5 color themes, and full English/Russian interface translation.

Everything runs locally — no accounts, no ads, no tracking, no data sent anywhere outside Yandex Music's own servers.

This is a personal-use browser extension for Yandex Music (music.yandex.ru / music.yandex.com), submitted for self-distribution / unlisted signing only — it is not intended for public listing on addons.mozilla.org.

What it does: adds an in-page DJ toolkit (waveform, hot cues, A/B loop, Camelot wheel, live BPM/key/energy analysis via Web Audio), loudness normalization/ducking, a listening-stats tracker, and the ability to download tracks (with ID3 tags) from the developer's own Yandex Music library for personal offline use and DJ practice.

Regarding permissions: host permissions are scoped to music.yandex.ru, music.yandex.com, and *.yandex.net (Yandex's own API/CDN domains), not <all_urls>. "downloads" saves the user's own downloaded tracks to disk. "notifications" is used only for local track-change notifications. "storage" holds only the extension's own settings/stats locally (browser.storage.local) — nothing is sent to any third-party server.

Regarding the embedded token: background.js contains the developer's own personal Yandex Music OAuth token, used solely to access content within the developer's own existing paid subscription, the same way the official Yandex Music apps would. No token harvesting, no third-party accounts involved, and the token is never exposed to the web page or any other site.

No analytics, telemetry, ads, or remotely fetched code are included. All code is bundled directly in the package.
