- Try to extract video URL from YouTube's consent page

- Fix line wrap problem in the options page
- Quick player change, just right-click on the address bar button and select the the player

- Bookmarks support (need to enable in preferences)
- New option for autoplay to enable/disable it (default disabled so if you use it need to enable)
- tabs permission (Access browser tabs) moved to the optional permissions

Under the hood:
- Settings page refactor for more dynamic usage (including multi player support and simplified auto play options). The preferences structure has also changed, please check your settings migration was successful.

Add auto play option.

New permission: required for the auto play function because need to watch URL changes in all tab not only the current. If you do not need this function or do not want to grant permission stay with the previous version.

Add access key for context menu item.

- Add keyboard shortcut for the address bar button (default: alt+m)
- Replace tabs to activeTab (less permission)
