This shit is good!

Created Cardano wallet. Next day I tried to open the wallet but was giving me an error. I re-installed the extension, attempted to recover the wallet with the recovery phrase, but the recovery didn't work. No message was given, simply the button to recover was disabled. Funds not safe on this wallet.

Tries to download and run unknown javascript. Fortunately NoScript blocks this.

Add-on throws errors involving any action requiring access to hardware wallet in Windows 10. Cannot stake existing ADA as a result.

Error messages in app are vague, and do not help address problem. Had to dig deep into forums to discover issue.

Please fix this, or remove this addon from Firefox, as it is not working properly as described.

This is one of the 2 official wallets from the Cardano blockchain. Daedalus is a full node wallet built by IOHK demanding alot of resources from your computer, while Yoroi is a light wallet built by Emurgo. (IOHK, EMURGO and Cardano Foundation are the 3 official entities which created Cardano).

I can say that after some major upgrades on the Cardano network there were some issues in the functionality but the team usually have done their best to fix them. There is never a concern of loosing the funds but just about not being able to do certain tasks. Yet, when there is something wrong you can always swich and restore your crypto assets on another wallet like Daedalus or even Adalite.io and use them there until Yoroi is fixed.

It is available on mobile and it can be used as an add-on on Firefox, Chrome and Edge. I also use it paired with a Trezor model T.

I'm using it by a few years and I really like it.
