Unfortunately, feature to like comments can't be implemented because of YouTube API limitation. On the other side, replying to a comment could be implemented but it would require user to grant YouTube permissions(scopes) to a extension, simple speaking, it would require user authentication. I'll think of adding this feature for sure.
