    Version 3.0.0 does NOT work anymore since last update (of Mar 16, 2021). Sometimes things like that happened so you just have to download the previous version BUT the developer STUPIDLY REMOVED all previous ones in version history. It's why I'm giving 1 STAR ONLY.

    ***UPDATE*** Guys, instead use the extension called: "YouTube Video and Audio Downloader (WebEx) by feller". It works like a charm AND it's recommended by FireFox

    Lame. All it does it paste the URL for you in a 3rd party downloader. Even then it doesn't work, the page flashes then disappears.

    The download page disappears within a second and if you do catch it, nothing happens. YouTube ma have broke all the download addons. Even the Pro version of easy Youtube Video download quit working.

    安裝後，會被防毒軟體判定有疑似不被需要的程式會安裝到電腦中，且不想使用要從Firefox移除此套件，會一直反覆又從背景自己安裝回來，移除多次都還是會被偷偷安裝回來，後來移除Cookie及瀏覽紀錄後，才沒有再被安裝回來，實在是有點強迫，另外下載youtube時還會帶到另一個網頁去才能下載，不像其他套件可以直接下載到電腦上，因此不推薦！

    there is nothing about downloading any music or film etc just a installer for "loader" erc and another donate button etc but for someone else,like a daisychain of "apps" ....reporting this to firefox team as it now seems fake,plus the permissions are way out of order now.

    The extension uses coconvert.com for conversion process. The converter project switched to loader.to short time ago. Seems I have to update the extension so that interface will be more clear again. But conversion still works. Download of MP3 and MP4 is possible, you have to click on the Button below the conversion progress box.

    Update: In version 2.4.3 the workflow was updated so that interface is clear again.

    Sure, the conversion of the raw MP4 from YT has to be done by a website/server. That's not possible just client side inside of an add-on.
