I get sucked into shorts so easily, infinite scrolling on any platform really is the crux of my attention span. The legacy shorts page setting of this extension, which lets me view one short of interest as if it is a traditional youtube video and ends like a traditional youtube video, is incredible. I get to dabble in the exact thing I clicked on and it ends and I return to making my own choices for videos rather than the algorithm. I really appreciate how this extension returns the power of my own browsing experience back to me.

Sometimes as youtube updates, features of the extension don't work for a little bit, but I understand that youtube updates *constantly* and that this is run by a single developer. Keeping up with all the changes is probably a mess, and you're only one human. To the dev, thank you so much for this.

This extension makes it so hard to use the YouTube mobile app, BECAUSE I NOW HAVE A TASTE OF WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE IF YOUTUBE SEARCH WAS ACTUALLY USABLE. Thank you to the legend that made this! You are absolutely incredible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Works great! I don't know if this would be possible to implement or if I should download a different extension for this (if so, please reply to this and tell me), but an option to hide the breaking news tab would be nice!

Yeah this extension doesn't actually work? It hides the category titles but the random unrelated and 'previously viewed' videos are still there just mixed in with the rest of the videos.
