Bug: pathname is undefined
Please fix this ASAP!!!

currently addon is not working; getting error info.player_response in undefined.
I use a different downloader getting problems simulateously. It explains: "YouTube removed the alternate method of getting track information" and they offered an update for making their tool working again. Now I'm waiting for an update having this nice converter working again.

Today (06/30/21) i found addon version 1.1.6. Together with firefox version 89.0.2 bug is fixed and it works properly again; thx.

(06/24/2024) I used the download addon from feller a lot and it works fine up to two days ago. Now it is telling „Batch downloading is interrupted“ each time I try. Meantime I have updated Windows (11 23H2), Firefox (127.0) and yD addon (1.2.1) to the latest versions, but error message still occurs. Seems like I’m not the only one having this issue

(01/23/2025) Addon YouTube Video and Audio Downloader (WebEx) is still not working. I do not recommed using this addon and changed my rating.

This add-on was absolutely fantastic, and did work exactly as advertised until the RIAA action against YouTube-DL. This is not in any way the fault of the add-on creator.

I love this add-on, used it almost every day and I am hoping a fix or workaround happens soon.

This was a great product. But like reviewer bp34 said, it is currently not working due to the RIAA's DMCA action against youtube-DL. Read https://www.xda-developers.com/youtube-dl-riaa-dmca/ for proof. Hope they get this issue resolved.

A great add-on that completely stopped working sometime this week. Then I turned of my Google account on YouTube and now it works again.

Worked before, but now getting an error message that reads "pathname is undefined" with no way to fix. Developers . . . please fix. This is a fine product.

Worked well until today. Now receive "Batch downloading is interrupted" message, and nothing will download.

I don't know if it's a glitch or like a bug with this, but IT DOESN'T DOWNLOAD. I've been trying hours trying to remove this and install it again to download the music. It doesn't work. Please fix this asap..........

it was working great until today - then it stopped.
damn b/c i liked it so much & thought it was the best downloader. wish i knew how to fix it.

fake, does not work, error message pops up: can't access property startswith...can't believe that nonworking extension is listed as recommended

Probably the best yt downloader there is, but recently I started getting the error "pathname is undefined" whenever I'm signed into my yt account. Problem is, I have to be signed in in order to watch some videos...

A new message appears since the update of this module : Unable to retrieve video metadata. Please can you find a fix.

As of October 28, 2020, I keep getting "Path not found" message when trying to use it. Sad. It was great when it worked.

Update version didn't work. I can't download Youtube VDO right now. It show error "Batch download is interrupted". Please fix it asap.

An excellent addon, but as of Oct. 28, 2020, it stopped working. The panel that normally lists the available downloadable formats now just say "Path not found"
