Simple, clean, and growing on me the more I look at it. The Master Sword is well positioned in the corner and is faded enough to not overwhelm icons that may sit on top of it. Something about the specific image of the sword being used doesn't click with me, though, so perhaps try a different image with a better depiction of the crossguard? (As it's the focal point of the whole theme)
