Signing up for something you don't trust shouldn't cost you your real inbox.
Zenix TempMail gives you a throwaway address, puts it in the form for you, and
then watches for the verification mail. When the code arrives, it appears in a
banner on the page you're already on, with Copy and Autofill. No second tab, no
mail client, no retyping six digits.
WHAT IT DOES
• Generates a disposable address from a large pool of domains
• Fills it into the signup form — it scores the fields rather than grabbing the
first input, so it lands in the right one
• Reads the verification code out of the incoming mail and offers to type it in
• Saves the addresses you want to keep, so you can reuse them from the popup
• Shows unread mail as a count on the toolbar icon
• On macOS with Atoll installed, codes can appear in the Dynamic Island
PRIVACY
Your addresses and your mail stay on your device. Nothing you read or type on a
page is sent anywhere. The only thing reported back is an anonymous install
count — a random ID, the version, your browser and OS — and you can switch it
off in the settings.
OPEN SOURCE
GPL-3.0. Nothing is minified or obfuscated: the files inside the add-on are the
source files, so you can unpack it and read exactly what you installed.
