Password strength meter finally fixed. Fixed a "bug" - if you kept adding new accounts and you used the otpauth:// format, the account name was imported from the URL and the entry you wrote was ignored. This behavior has been fixed.

Updated the GUI/looks, we look nicer now.

Eased the password & pin requirements and implemented a "password strength" function. If a user wants to use a weak password they are free to do so, but they should be aware that it might weaken their security.

Fixed warning in first release.
