Built for people who live in Autotask all day. AES adds a real tab bar, smarter navigation, and optional UI polish — so your workflow stops feeling like fifty browser tabs and starts feeling like one focused workspace.

CORE

• Real tab bar inside Autotask. Tickets, Organizations, Contacts, Contracts, Projects and Tasks, Quotes, Sales/Purchase Orders, Invoices, Devices, Notes, Time Entries, and more open as AES tabs instead of new browser tabs or popups.
• Up to four-pane split view with a draggable resize handle.
• Peek for a quick look without committing to a tab.
• Tab hover cards with rich metadata — ID, account, contact, primary resource, contract type, SLA, dates, status, priority.
• Drag, pin, and color tabs. Optionally remember tabs across browser restarts and sync them across multiple Autotask browser tabs.

NAVIGATION

• Middle-click opens a background AES tab. Left-click opens or focuses one.
• Organization map links open in an in-page map modal.
• Optional clickable phone numbers (tel: links) across Autotask.

LOOK & FEEL

• Branding settings — set a custom brand color and logo so Autotask matches your company's identity, with matching highlights throughout the UI. You can even control this by using Intune/GPO policies!
• Follows Autotask's light/dark theme automatically.
• Optional improved scrollbars and rounded page frames.
• Resource Planner shortcut replacing the legacy Dispatch Calendar button.

CUSTOMIZATION

• Settings live in the native Autotask sidebar so it's easily accessible.
• Pick what each tab type shows on the tab itself
• Horizontal or resizable vertical tab bar with optional compact icon-only mode.

PRIVACY

No data leaves your browser. Tab metadata, settings, and persistence stay in local extension storage. The only outbound traffic is an optional once-per-day version check against GitHub.

Activates only on Autotask hosts (ww##.autotask.net).
