To use it you just select the text and press either the color for highlighting or the magnifying glass for popup card. You can choose a font from addon settings for the card.
Since I wasn't able to find any tool that does this I created this extension that does an asthetic dynamic popup as seen in Coffees videos. No options to save as image or anything, just the highlighting tool with dynamic popup card.
