Right-click on a link and choose "Copy Link Text".

To copy image text, install this Add-on.

Holding down the "Shift" key while choosing "Copy Link Text" now copies the link title. Hover over a link and press Ctrl+Alt+L, or your chosen shortcut, to copy the link text.

Note: To use the keyboard shortcut, the add-on requires the optional "<all_urls>" permission. See the Mozilla documentation for more information.
